NOTICE:
If you are a RUS Borrower, please use RUS's web-based system to file the 2008 RUS form 7 or 12. In order to minimize your effort, RUS incorporated into their “Certification” page the ability for the borrower to select the “Share this data with NRUCFC” option. When the borrower selects this option, the borrower grants RUS the authority to disclose the Form 7 or 12 data with CFC.
Below is a picture of the Certification page where the CEO certifies and selects the option for CFC to retrieve the data.
After you file with RUS and authorize CFC to retrieve your data electronically, please mail a signed copy of the RUS Form 7 or 12 to CFC at the following address:
